I have noticed the temp creep up and occasionally turn up the fans. But its not consistent.

What graphics card? And have you run any temperature monitoring software to see if it is overheating (GPU-Z is probably good for monitoring just the GPU; HWiNFO64 gives a lot of information but can be a bit overwhelming)?

I don’t think you can use a CPU cooler on a graphics card though.

So from time to time my monitor will just go black and l loose video signal. I don’t hear the card fan kick in or anything unusual sound wise. When this happens I have to hard boot the PC and things seem to correct and all is good until the next random signal loss.
Im in the process of getting all the parts to add a CORSAIR Hydro Series H105 Extreme Performance 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler to the card.

My assumption is the card is getting to hot. My original plan was to just disassemble it, clean it out good and replace the thermal paste. Then I decided to just go all in and go liquid cool it.

So it the card dying?
Card over heating?
EQ hates me and I should quit?
Some other random thing?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey everyone. Sorry for being absent. My comp finally crapped last week and is no longer running atm. I am very much planning on coming back, but will sadly be out of commission till I can get it back up and running. Hoping by the end of this month or middle of next mo th I’ll be able to get back and start raiding again. Miss you guys. Keep kickin ass!!
