Qeustion regarding New Players

My brother and a few friends just moved to FV from TLP's we're running a full group and are currently about 65 and moving fast as we can.

Goal is to cap out and raid.

No clue how long that takes realistically as we havent played live since 2000 and TLP's arent a good judge.

We'd like to find a home before we hit 120 so we can have a place to ask questions, get guidance, the occasional help on mobs that arent group soloable... etc etc. Eventually we plan to raid.

We've had some conflicting reports that valhalla is recruiting all but obviously we cant raid till we catch up and then we've heard its 120 and maxed only. Can someone clarify?
